He has more than 30 years of experience in area of Supply Chain Management with a specific focus on Strategic Sourcing, the development of organization and supplier capabilities, Supplier Relationship Management and the challenges of sourcing in Asia with a focus on China. He has traveled to Asia for more than 20 years, selecting, qualifying, developing and managing suppliers.

A guest lecturer and mentor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University to graduate and MBA Students has given him an understanding of the future leaders of China's organizations and companies that few others have.

He's worked for some of the world’s largest companies including Honeywell, Ciba Corning Diagnostics, Siemens, Teradyne and Brooks Automation.

This background and experience make him a sought after speaker by corporations, universities and organizations on topics such as; Supplier Customer Relationship Management and Asia Pacific Sourcing. He has spoken to groups of executives from some of the largest corporations in the world, including MetLife, Solectron, Avnet Electronics, Tyco Electronics, Thermo-Electron, SPECTRIS Corporation, Teradyne, the China Supply Chain Council and SJTU China Leaders for Manufacturing, (CLFM).
